We kindly ask that all class cancellations be made at least 12 hours in advance. Late cancellations result in a $10 charge and no-shows will result in a loss of class credit. This policy allows us to maintain a consistent schedule and offer spots to clients on the waitlist. 

Wear comfortable, form fitting workout clothing that allows you to move freely.
Pilates grip socks are required for safety and hygiene. Please also bring a water bottle to stay hydrated during class.

(if you forget your grip socks, they are available for purchase at the studio.)

If you’re new to Pilates or new to Stellar Pilates, we highly recommend purchasing a drop-in session and starting with Stellar Foundation and Flow, level 1.

Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your membership plan at any time after the initial 3 month agreement by contacting us.

We accept credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. You can choose your preferred method during registration.
